Can you show how you get to this screen? Is the SSL Certificate column the last? Normally the Rule column is next to the SSL Certificate column.

There might be some UI differences in the AWS console. You might try in the AWS console -> Services -> EC2 -> Loadbalancers on the less hand side panel.
